| From the desk of Tami Peterson, I love Christmas. The decorations, gift-giving, and fun times together are always special, but there is so much more. Christmas, for me, is a reminder of freedom, redemption, and a beautiful gift that I don’t deserve but receive. It’s a gift we are all given through that Christmas morning, but ironically, only understand once it is opened. My favorite quote is, “God doesn’t call the equipped, He equips the called.” I think of Mary and Joseph being raised knowing the scriptures, but had no idea they would fulfill them. What a calling, a calling I’m sure they felt they in no way were prepared for. They were not royalty and did not come from well-known families, but rather common folk. However, God called them and equipped them as He promised. Make this Christmas special for you and your family. Enjoy the decorations, gift-giving, and all of the fun times to the fullest, and of course, celebrate the birth of our Savior. Merry Christmas from The Oxford Center! |

The Sensory Friendly Santa event at The Oxford Center was an overwhelming success, leaving hearts aglow with holiday cheer. Gratitude filled the air as Santa and Mrs. Claus graced us with their warm smiles and uplifting words, making the event truly magical. The joyous occasion brought not only the spirit of Christmas but also a sense of belonging to all who attended. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Santa and Mrs. Claus for their unwavering commitment to spreading joy, and we are immensely grateful for the shared moments that created lasting memories for everyone involved.
