Biofeedback Therapy helps individuals gain control over certain physiological functions, like heart rate, muscle tension, and breathing, that are typically automatic. By using sensors to monitor these bodily functions, our therapists guide you in learning how to regulate your body’s responses to stress, anxiety, pain, and more. This non-invasive, drug-free therapy is ideal for individuals struggling with conditions such as anxiety, chronic pain, ADHD, and even high blood pressure. Biofeedback helps retrain your body’s natural “fight or flight” response, allowing you to take charge of your wellness like never before.
