Meet Our Reformer Instructor!

Brittany discovered Pilates in 2014 while seeking to improve her core strength and counteract the effects of her desk job. Captivated by its benefits, she completed a 450-hour instructor training program in 2017. Brittany specializes in working with clients of all fitness levels, tailoring sessions to meet specific goals and address challenges like balance, spasticity, and muscle imbalances.

With certifications in Pilates for Neurological Conditions and Pre/Postnatal Pilates, Brittany is passionate about promoting wellness through movement. Her personal postpartum recovery experience fuels her dedication to helping others rebuild strength and connect with their deep core muscles. Combining classical Pilates with a contemporary approach, she creates sessions that are both effective and engaging.

Fascinated by human anatomy, Brittany continually expands her knowledge to better serve her clients, helping them integrate the mind-body connection into their daily lives.
